POSITION: Full Time Maintenance Technician
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
This full time position is responsible for providing safe, comfortable and healthy environments for all consumers, visitors and staff in all Stairways owned or maintained facilities and vehicles. Responsibilities include general maintenance and repair, relocation activities as needed, and working collaboratively with staff, administration, vendors and other community representatives to ensure high quality service.
POSITION: Full-Time Receptionist
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for greeting and attending to all clients and visitors of the clinic. Duties include answering and routing all incoming calls and messages, entering all appointments into the computer database, and maintaining and coordinating interaction between staff and clients. This position is responsible for the completion and maintenance of all data required for the purpose of financial billing.
POSITION: Full Time & Part Time Mental Health Professional
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mental Health Professional (MHP) functions as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team and provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients enrolled in the LTSR program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: individual and group therapy, case management, medication monitoring, assistance with the activities of daily living (ADL), crisis intervention, psychosocial education, vocational support and supportive counseling. The incumbent is expected to provide recovery-oriented interventions according to each client’s individual treatment plan and maintain professional relationships with other providers, both internal and external to the program. The MHP, along with every member of the LTSR team, must adhere to the DPW regulations and the policies and procedures established by the organization.
POSITION: Full Time Therapist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Therapists are responsible for facilitating brief, individual and group behavioral therapy for individuals with mental illness and their families, as appropriate. Therapists will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including complementary medicine approaches, and will specialize in areas as determined through consultation with the Clinical Director. Therapists will meet productivity and caseload management standards for both individual and group therapy as established by the co-directors. Therapists are also responsible for conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments to identify each client’s need, to develop a client-centered treatment plan, and to identify and facilitate access to internal and external services that may further benefit each client.
POSITION: Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for storing, ordering, administering and overseeing the self-administration of medications. Duties also include providing initial and ongoing medical assessments and scheduling medical and psychiatric appointments as needed. The incumbent in this position will also provide ongoing education related to medical and psychiatric diagnoses, medications and wellness.
POSITION: Part Time Residential Aides
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living to clients residing in the Personal Care Home. The incumbent is expected to promote a home-like atmosphere and encourage positive social experiences and interactions with and between clients.
